We will meet consecutively for 3 days straight for bodywork. This includes a bliss therapy and dough basti of your choice or what is recommended for you. I will provide meal recipe and tea beneficial to your constitution and imbalance. 900$ for all three days.
ABHYANGA
Ayurvedic full body oil treatment
Abhyanga body therapy is when a generous amount of warm herbal infused (according to your dosha) oil is massaged into the skin in a special flow. This therapy is incredibly grounding bringing great nourishment to all tissues and joints. It’s helpful in many Vatadominant conditions such as arthritis and chronic pain. It’s wonderful for bringing the body back into balance after giving birth or having a miscarriage. Overall, it’s great for de-stressing, improving circulation, and calming an active mind.

SHIRODHARA
Third eye oil treatment
Warm herbal infused (according to your dosha) oil is streamed over the forehead while you slip in to a state of deep relaxation. Your third eye point will be receptive and relaxed. This dissolves accumulated stress from the mind and nervous system. This is beneficial for stress, encouraging the mind to slow down, insomnia, headaches and migraines, hair loss, menopause, and many more.

SVEDHANA
Herbal steam treatment
Herbal steam fills the tent, heating up your core. This is purifying to the skin and energy channels of the body. Svedhana is followed after an Abhyanga therapy. Your muscles relaxed and body oiled allows the steam treatment to deeply nourish and moisturize as it detoxifies. As a stand alone treatment, oil will be applied first.

KATTI (BACK) BASTI
This is a soothing lower back treatment where a generous amount of herbal oil is retained on the back to heal pain, inflammation, and stiffness. The warm herbal oil allows absorption into ligaments, tendons, and muscles by relaxing the back and relieving any achiness or pain. This treatment restores the alignment of the spine, enhances blood supply, and improves movements.

JANU (KNEE) BASTI
This is an excellent therapy for people experiencing ailments in the knee. The warm medicated oil soothes pain, stiffness, and inflammation in the joints. This treatment increases circulation, improves mobility, strengthens the joints, and helps with inflammation.

Chakra’s are the energy centers inside the body that correspond to bundles of nerves, major organs, and areas of our energetic body that affect our emotional and physical well-being. They can be looked at as the seven steps to cosmic consciousness. Chakra dough basti’s meet you where you are at, they help rebalance the energy corresponding to the chakra worked on.

This is beneficial for heart palpitations, angina, congestive heart failure, the inability to receive or give love, bitterness from past hurts, overcoming fear from being hurt again, and mending a broken heart.
