TESTIMONIAL

  • “If you are looking to connect with yourself through the practice of yoga deeply, I highly recommend Carrie Sobeck.  Her experience, self-practice, knowledge, and passion for ashtanga is truly embodied in her teaching style. My progress in ashtanga is almost night and day at this point, and I feel that I'm walking a better path of taking care of myself.“

    -Honey T.

  • “Carrie has helped me get off of my blood pressure and high cholesterol medication working alongside my doctor. My doctor was amazed when he tested me and gave me the okay to keep going without the medication. I changed my diet incorporating Ayurvedic principles and practices. My new medication is an herbal blend. My energy has increased and I am finally able to sleep soundly through out the nights and wake up early. Ayurveda changed my entire life for the better.”

    -Dan L.

  • “I suffered from an internal shake since I was a teenager. After working with Carrie through Ayurveda, my shake is completely gone. This is the first time I felt a sense of stability in my life. I thought it would be a chore to change my lifestyle, but all the daily practices incorporated into my life these days are my favorite part of my days because I feel so good!”

    -Bill M.

  • “We chose Carrie to be our doula for the birth of our firstborn child Ava. She was so prepared and anticipated my every need that she put us both at ease. Having Carrie with us at the hospital was the best decision and made the experience so much less stressful than it would have otherwise been. If we decide to have another child, we will definitely be contacting Carrie.”

    -Jessica M.

  • “I have been a student of Carries now for 4 years, from the moment I met her it has been a true transformative experience. She has helped me reach so many levels of love and care for myself that I am always going to be grateful. I also started seeing Carrie in 2021 in regards to her Ayurveda practice. Her compassion and expertise in the field has also helped me gain new levels of health for myself. I highly recommend working with Carrie.”

    -Monica G.

  • “Carrie is an amazing practitioner. Her Ayurveda and mysore yoga sessions were the best jumpstart to my new state of mind concerning my health. She listened. She pushed in the right way to help you achieve milestones. Your health is a lifelong journey and not a quick fix. I am blessed to have found Carrie to guide me on my journey.”

    -Renee G.

  • “With the help of Ayurveda, I feel calmer, my anxiety level is WAY down and I have actually lost a little weight. Carrie is so wonderful, non judgemental, compassionate and a great listener. She’s a true healer. Carrie states that Yoga and Ayurveda go hand in hand and now I truly understand why.”

     - Lucy S.

  • I’ve been seeing Carrie throughout my whole pregnancy and now postpartum. She has helped me tremendously with diet, herbs, getting pregnant, and preparing for my child. Now I do weekly abhyangas (and so does my baby!). Ayurveda body therapies are mind blowing!

    -Beth K.

  • Carrie gave me the confidence to step into my dharma. I had a lot of resistance to break down the walls I created in my life and Carrie was nothing but compassionate and understanding as well as persistent and held me accountable. Carrie has magic hands (lol) and pranic healing is my go to treatment.

    -Karen W.

  • I’ve been in and out of different doctors my whole life trying to understand why I didn’t feel well. Ayurveda and yoga helped me understand why I am having symptoms in the first place. Carrie truly cares and is my biggest cheerleader. She is good at talking the talk, but also she is walking the walk.
