Yoga and Ayurveda are two intertwined systems that have been practiced together for thousands of years to promote ultimate healing. Ayurveda is the science of Self healing. Yoga is the science of Self realization. Ultimately, the highest form of healing is Self realization.

We offer daily Mysore, Led classes, Ayurvedic consultations, Ayurvedic treatments, Cleanses, & Worldwide Retreats.

Day 1

Ashtanga Primary Series Workshop: 8-9am

This workshop is designed to deepen your understanding of the Ashtanga method, whether you're new to the practice or looking to refine your technique. We'll break down key postures, transitions, and breathing techniques, offering individual attention and alignment support to meet each student where they are.

In addition to the physical practice, we’ll explore the philosophical roots of Ashtanga Yoga, diving into the "why" behind the sequence. You'll gain insight into the purpose and structure of the series, how it relates to the broader path of yoga, and how it supports inner transformation over time.

Ayurvedic Breakfast: 9:15- 9:45am

Join Bayay Dhyana for a nourishing Ayurvedic breakfast.

Dosha’s & Guna’s: 10-11pm

In this class, we will discuss the relation between the doshas and gunas and how the interplay of them leads to health or disease. We will go over how diseases and imbalances display in the mind and the body and ways to prevent them. This platform, based off of yoga and Ayurvedic philosophy will give you an understanding of your own unique energy and where you are at on the spiritual journey.

Astrology: Understand the Clock in the Sky: 11-12pm

Discussion on how the celestial frequencies impact the body and learning the basic physics and elementals of astrology such as the planets and their attributes.

Pranayama & Chanting: 12-12:30pm

oin us for a calming and energizing workshop exploring the power of breathwork and mantra. You'll learn foundational pranayama techniques to steady the mind and energize the body, and experience the healing vibration of group chanting to open the heart and uplift the spirit.

Kitchari; Cook & Nourish: 1-2:30pm

Discover the art of making kitchari- Ayurveda’s beloved healing dish. In this hands-on workshop, we’ll prepare a traditional Ayurvedic kitchari using simple, balancing ingredients. You'll learn about the healing properties of the spices and grains, why kitchari is used in cleansing and rejuvenation, and how to make it at home. Let's close the workshop by enjoying the meal together.

day 2

Ashtanga Led Primary Series: 8-9:45am

Come experience the primary series of Ashtanga yoga in its traditional format. Open to all who are curious about this practice, from a complete beginner to the advance.

Ayurvedic Breakfast: 10-10:30am

Join Bayay Dhyana for a nourishing Ayurvedic breakfast.

The Journey of the Soul: 10:45-11:45am

Discussion of life as we travel through our karma’s and desires as well as death, the decaying of the body and reincarnation. All concepts from Vedic philosophy will. be discussed.

Medical Astrology: 11:45-12:45pm

Understanding medical astrology and how it can impact the health and structure of the body. We will discuss the twelve systems of the body and the zodiacal correlations.

Mysore Demonstration: 1-1:30pm

Join us for a live demonstration of Ashtanga Yoga in the traditional Mysore style. Students will be practicing at their own pace while the teacher offers hands-on guidance and explains the benefits of key postures to attendees. This is a unique opportunity to observe the self-led yet deeply supported nature of Mysore practice and gain insight into how this powerful method builds strength, flexibility, focus, and inner awareness. Whether you're new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner, come experience the beauty and discipline of Ashtanga in action and gain an understanding to how traditional yoga is taught and practiced.

Ayurvedic Meal: 1:45-2:15pm

End our immersion with a nourishing Ayurvedic lunch.
